Notting Hill Housing Group

We are one of the UKs leading housing associations and largest providers of affordable housing in the Capital. Regulated by the Housing Corporation, we seek funding from this and other government and charitable sources to develop new homes and maintain established properties for those in housing need.

Currently, we manage nearly 17,000 homes housing 50,000 people in London and the surrounding areas, employing 750 staff to do so. We offer a range of housing solutions to meet the needs of our diverse customers: from shared ownership schemes for key workers to permanent rented housing for families and temporary accommodation for the homeless. We want to be the housing association of choice in London: shaping communities that people feel proud to live in. Among the choice of housing options and support services we currently offer are:

Development and management of permanent rented housing
Development and management of shared ownership and other home ownership schemes
Management of temporary housing for homeless people
