	Ocean Edge Executive Search is a specialist recruitment business supplying the property industry with top performing candidates. We work to place both permanent and interim candidates at middle and senior management levels. The main aim of our business is to: Enable companies to diversify and grow with our carefully selected candidates Allow individuals to maximise their career potential Due to expansion of the business we are looking to employ a proven net-worker to help us deliver high calibre candidates to our ever increasing list of clients. We need someone extremely motivated who is able to think on their feet, work on their own initiative and who is driven to do what it takes to attract the best possible candidates for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include: Researching organisations and individuals Building networks of contacts with clients and candidates to enable the business to expand and develop Locating and attracting the best possible candidates for our clients Interviewing potential candidates and forging a strong working relationship with them Assisting our clients to manage the interview and recruitment process Ensure successful candidates settle into their new roles Help manage advertising campaigns We have offices in both Southampton and London. This role will initially be based from the Southampton location.
