	Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association requires a: SERVICE CHARGE OFFICER £14,636 to £16,480 (pro rata to £24,394 to £27,467) 21 hours per week (Ref: SCO/0408) Do you like manipulating numbers? Are you well organised with a solid and demonstrable experience of Excel? With a finance or housing background perhaps? You will be responsible for maintaining and updating accurate and comprehensive information on all charges relating to ISHA's housing stock, apportioning charges and calculating insurance for all our estates.
