Our client is a UK based property consultancy firm, and they are looking to recruit an Associate Director New Build Residential Valuer. The role will be based in London and has a competitive salary.

Our client  has  a simple goal which is to reduce effectively the practical, administrative and other burdens involved in managing property , developing property, planning and workspace issues. With a reputation for independent professionalism, building on there traditional strengths of planning, rating and valuation, they have successfully developed into a multi-skilled consultancy. Our client works on schemes of up to 300 units with a flat management structure.

About the role:

This opportunity has arisen within our clients Mixed Used and Development team based in London. 
 

Due to expansion our client needs to recruit a qualified surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) to their Mixed Use and Development team.  Focusing upon the valuation of new build affordable housing and mixed use developments, our client has an extensive client base of affordable housing developers and is looking for an experienced individual to help them grow the division. You will need to pay attention to detail with a positive attitude.
