| Location: Speedwell House, Oxford Your duties are to: * Influence and promote change within the Council, and with the council's consultants and contractors, to secure improvements in construction, design, building performance and property services generally * Manage and coordinate the continuing development of Property Services' guidance notes and manuals for consultants and members of the Property Services section * Manage the development and maintenance of standards across Property Services e.g. Client Requirements and Standard Briefs You must have: * Contracts awareness * Effective oral and written communication skills * Project management skills * Good presentation skills | ||
