	Job Description : Either directly, or in partnership with others such as the New Harrow Project team, Resident Services is responsible for all housing management and issues. This includes lease assignments tenancy enforcement, squatters and succession rights, controlled parking, caretaking, Right to Buy applications, grounds maintenance services, anti-social behaviour and nuisance. We also collect and aim to minimise arrears of rent, service charges and other charges. Crucially, we're increasing the emphasis on consulting stakeholders and encouraging tenant and leaseholder participation in managing their homes and neighbourhood's. You will be a central figure in the creation of a better living environment on the borough's housing estates. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering estate repairs and capital investment to the housing stock - acting as housing Client Manager. Crucially, we also want you to encourage community initiatives and maximise the use of communal space within housing estates. You must have: * Significant experience of managing contracts within the building industry * Extensive project management experience of a portfolio of large and complex projects * Experience of maintenance or facilities management
