	Job Description : Either directly, or in partnership with others such as the New Harrow Project team, Resident Services is responsible for all housing management and issues. This includes lease assignments tenancy enforcement, squatters and succession rights, controlled parking, caretaking, Right to Buy applications, grounds maintenance services, anti-social behaviour and nuisance. We also collect and aim to minimise arrears of rent, service charges and other charges. Crucially, we're increasing the emphasis on consulting stakeholders and encouraging tenant and leaseholder participation in managing their homes and neighbourhood's. You will take responsibility for three service areas: anti-social behaviour and general housing management, arrears prevention & income collection and older people's support services. You can make a big impression on Harrow through maintaining sustainable tenancies and supporting the delivery of a cohesive community of 12,000 residents. You must have: * Experience of providing housing services to diverse communities * Skills in managing people, projects and budgets
