	Job Description : We collect and aim to minimise arrears of rent, service charges and other charges. Crucially, we're increasing the emphasis on consulting stakeholders and encouraging tenant and leaseholder participation in managing their homes and neighbourhood's. The Housing Service has undertaken a restructure of the services it provides to the people who live in Council social housing stock. Join us in this pivotal role and you'll find yourself in a hugely varied and rewarding career. You'll have a defined patch of properties to manage in your area. Once assigned, it'll be your responsibility to provide a full range of housing services. Whether you're providing advice, carrying out estate inspections, dealing with nuisance behaviour or showing new residents round their homes, your efforts will make a positive difference to the local community. You must have: * Experience in housing management, lettings or similar * Good communication skills * The ability to evaluate and solve problems * The ability to travel round the borough
