	Job Description : Location: Nottingham or Derby Your duties are to: * Be responsible for the provision of an efficient, customer orientated neighbourhood, tenancy and leasehold management service, across a defined neighbourhood within Spirita * Achieve relevant local neighbourhood objectives and performance targets, maximising customer satisfaction * Address local challenges or opportunities, and continuously improve the service, meeting changing demands and needs * Represent Spirita for all its neighbourhood services across the patch You must have: * Up-to-date knowledge of housing management legislation * Housing or equivalent qualification * Good numeracy and literacy skills * An understanding of leasehold management You must have: * 22 days annual leave * A contributory pension scheme
