	Accord is a leading, expanding Midlands based housing association employing over 750 staff. We have approximately 8,000 units in management with support to more than 15,000 properties under various tenant management initiatives. The Asset Services Team delivers a crucial customer services role in delivering a fast and effective responsive repairs service to Accord customers. We are looking for someone with excellent customer care skills and good IT knowledge and ability. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills particularly on the telephone and also face to face with customers. You will need to liaise with a team of surveyors and external partnering contractors and knowledge of building maintenance would be advantageous. This post is based predominantly in West Bromwich and there will be occasions where travel to other offices in the group may be required.
