| Based in the Civic Offices, working within the Building Surveying section you will be arranging and supervising property maintenance of operational buildings such as schools, libraries etc. and refurbishment projects. This involves carrying out property surveys providing reports and giving advice on property matters to Council departments and external clients. You will also be involved in assisting with the preparation of “Property Manuals” and a property database you will carry out general administrative and supervisory duties to assist with the running of the section. | ||
