Your experience of managing a key frontline operation will prove invaluable in evolving our services to meet residents’ needs. This is a highly influential role as you will make a major contribution to policy and strategy and continuous improvement. You will also act as Directorate champion of the ‘whole systems working’ methodology, ensuring its application is co-ordinated effectively. Crucially you will be personally responsible for many key Change Management projects within our Property Directorate - all aimed at ensuring we deliver excellent services to our customers.

An impressive record in delivering a frontline Housing service is a must. You must also have proven experience of delivering change management projects and driving cultural change. It is important that you can lead and inspire project teams, even when you don’t have direct line management responsibility. You also need business acumen, strong negotiation skills, creative ideas and a commitment to resident involvement.
