	Job Description 37 hours per week Working within the Technical and Property Services Department this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed person to deliver a first class repairs service for our residents and customers. This is a key role within the Repairs Team responsible for taking repairs and other enquiries, identifying solutions, arranging suitable appointments, scheduling and programming the in house trades team and contractors to undertake the work and ensuring our customers are satisfied with the service provided. The successful applicant must be able to work under pressure using their own initiative, have excellent communication skills, be a team player and competent in the use of information technology. Formal qualifications in English, IT and Maths or equivalent are essential and relevant occupational accreditations are desirable. Based in Williton, Somerset
