	Job Description:



	About the job You will support the Facilities team in our Head Office. This will include providing a stock monitoring and replenishment service to all floors; operating as a courier between local offices; undertaking minor maintenance works; carrying out postroom duties and acting as cover for Facilities colleagues. Key accountabilities: Carry out general portering duties Undertake minor maintenance works Provide a courier service between local offices and banks Monitor and restock service areas as required Carry out floor checks to ensure that the office environment is maintained in a safe and secure manner To support the postroom staff, assisting with incoming and outgoing mail To cover for the Security Officer, possibly at short notice and other team members as required To be a member of the Fire Evacuation Team About you You'll have a good understanding of written English and the ability to comprehend and analyse written information. You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to undertake portering duties. Experience of working in a customer-facing role and a full clean drivers license is essential.
