The Corporate Services Directorate is responsible for all the non-financial aspects of the "back-office" - the infrastructure that enables the organisation to function to its potential.  This remit includes HR & Training, ICT, Policy & Continuous Improvement, Communications and FM. 

Key to this role in the coming years is an appreciation and passion for discovering how new social media is impacting on us - both as an employer and a landlord.  The post-holder will need to take the organization on a journey to embrace the changes that are occurring in communications technology. Your role will be to help forge our overall corporate strategy, and to help deliver it.

Corporate Services Directorate Leadership.  The Group Corporate Services Director and their team are responsible for bringing our employer brand, Love Where You Work, to life.  This means

• Ø helping the Board, Chief Executive and Corporate Management Team to define our strategic purpose and direction and to help to deliver this is a range of ways to all those we seek to influence.

Corporate Leadership.  This role is part of the Corporate Management Team which leads the organisation.  As a member of that team, you will play an important role in developing and implementing our corporate strategy.  You'll be the "face of Notting Hill" to hundreds of staff (not just your own team), so you'll live the values and provide inspirational leadership.
