The Policy and Continuous Improvement (PCI) team is part of the Corporate Services Directorate and is responsible for driving continuous improvement across Notting Hill.
Reporting to the Systems and Projects Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for leading on the client side of the maintenance and development of our housing systems. You will be responsible for supporting the business in its' ability to deliver a functioning and efficient service across all areas of the organisation.
You should have an aptitude for systems and strong analytical skills combined with keen sense of customer service.
Key Tasks:
1.
Analyse, prioritise and facilitate changes to Northgate Housing and satellite databases in accordance with business needs
2.
Responsible for the maintenance and development of system user security configuration, and setting up new users on the main housing database.
3.
Maintain core data integrity on Northgate and Notting Hill's other ICT systems and applications
4.
Develop functional expertise on Northgate HFI and other modules as determined by business need, plus provide systems support and advice to functional teams.
5.
Support NHH's service reviews through direct involvement on review teams and by providing relevant expertise and knowledge
6.
Lead on the coordination and implementation of NHHG's performance management and analysis reporting, and contribute to the ongoing development of the data warehouse
7.
Contribute to the work arising from Notting Hill's programme of ICT improvement projects - including prioritisation, programming and direct project work. This will also involve helping to co-ordinate and participate in user testing for system upgrades
8.
Contribute to the work of the Policy & Continuous Improvement Team
