Our client, a growing organisation, is looking for a Housing Property Manager. The role provides full flexi-time over a 21 hour working week.       

 The role is based in centeral London and will involve working on an outreach basis across sites at Lewisham, Merton and Barton.

 The ideal candidate will

• Have good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Have experience of dealing with planning and carrying out programmes of work for cyclical maintenance, major repairs and replacement/renewals, managing contractors where appropriate.

• Be able to demonstrate 3 years experience in housing management, maintenance and rent arrears and void controls

• Have experience of planning and controlling expenditure to agreed budgets.
