	Our client. A multiple design awards winning, central London based RSL, with a reputation for delivering cutting edge, design focused builds, is looking to recruit a Design and Quality Manager to take a holistic view of group design and quality development projects. The main responsibilities of the role will be: Providing technical advice on design and construction To be responsible for quality control of new homes and to trouble-shoot defects in completed homes Keep policies and procedures up to date to reflect best development practices Site Visits to make sure projects are delivered up to quality standards The Ideal Candidate will be: Driven by visual appeal and innovative property design Have a background in architecture, Surveying or the technical side of construction and design Pay is £36,000.00 - £44,000.00 with a benefits package on top that includes a performance related bonus.
