| You will provide full secretarial support to a Head of Service. Duties will include managing a busy diary; managing meetings; booking appointments; preparing meeting documentation; typing correspondence and minutes; taking care of general correspondence in the HOS absence and providing assistance to the Executive Management team.
Previous secretarial support experience is essential and you must be meticulous, organised and proactive with the ability to prioritise. You must be accomplished in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook and preferably Access and have advanced MS Office skills as well as a typing speed of 45 - 60 wpm.
It is desirable that you have secretarial qualifications and accurate copy and audio typing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. | ||
