	Are you someone whom understands the struggles and barriers a person with a learning disability faces in their right to lead an ordinary life? Would you like to help them achieve their potential, reach their goals; Support the individual to become an active citizen in their community? The community access service is leading the way in modernising day services for adults with a learning disability Required skills for the posts are: A background of working with PWLD Experience of supporting service users on a 1 to 1 basis in the community Ability to be self-motivated organised and can manage own workload. Excellent communication skills For the senior post you will also need to have experience of managing staff.
