| Overview
Our client, a large central London RSL, part of the G15 Group, is currently recruiting for a Technical and Framework Manager to:
Key Tasks
Key requirements
The Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Proven Experience in Property Development at a Senior level within a house builder, contractor consultant, housing association or similar
2. Thorough understanding of construction process and supply chain agreement
Customer Focus
Finding out what matters to customers and respect their diverse needs. Finding Pragmatic ways to provide excellent customer service and treating customers fairly Managing customers expectations
Team Work
1. Do what is best for the team, build common ground
2. Share knowledge and build on peoples diverse expertise and contributions
3. Focus your and the entire teams energy on team goals

1. Making and implementing decisions using resources in a cost effective way
2. Delivering quality solutions and achieve results on time

Influencing others
1. Using formal and informal contacts and channels to get things done.

Improvement and Innovation

It would also be desirable
To hold a property/building construction qualification. E.g RIBA, RICS, Construction management.
To have proven experience of affordable housing development. | ||
