| Outline of the opportunity
Our client, an award winner for exceptional work within the local Essex community for tackling anti-social behaviour and working with youths, has asked Ocean Edge exclusively to recruit an Asset Management and Procurement Manager to their team.
Reporting to the Director of Property Services, in this high profile, senior position you will be directly responsible for a team of 5, with indirect management of the 60 strong property services team.
The aim of your role will be to develop; deliver and contract manage the procurement strategies of the business, make best use of resources and meet efficiency targets. Your remit will cover responsive and major works, servicing and supply contracts and to deliver the strategic aims of the business.
