Overview

Our client a large RSL with significant presence in multiple sites across London and the South East is looking to recruit a Project Manager to their Building delivery team in their Kent offices

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering a number of individual development projects to help meet the Group's development strategy.

Key Responsibilities  

• From hand over from the new business team, you will deliver projects from inception to completion, including supported housing projects

• Make sure targets are meet in key areas of Take-Up, Cash spend and completions achieved.

• Day to day management of the projects, including taking corrective action where necessary and regular progress reports on individual schemes to the Senior Project Manager.

• Commission and  Liaise with consultants, valuers solicitors contractors etc to acquire and develop sites and buildings

• Prepare programmes, budgets, appraisals, risk assessment and cash flows for the schemes

Key Requirements of The Role

To be considered for the role you must:

• Have working knowledge of the housing development process

•  Have financial management and project management experience

• Be Delivery and customer focused

• Must hold a full driving licence

It would also be advantageous and aid your chances of being appointed to the role if:  

• You hold a RICS, CIOB or other relevant development qualification

• Experience of project management and delivering residential development

Financial Information

In addition to basic salary the benefits package includes an essential car user's allowance.
