	Could you take responsibility for our commerical finances? Are you CCAB qualified with post qualification experience? We are looking for a senior finance executive to support our Finance Director as a Assistant Finance Director (Commercial Services) In the role you will: Ensure that the Notting Hill Home Ownership and Home Options elements that equate to £100 million of the organisation's turnover, are run in an efficient mannerin line with the Group's strategic plan Be a valued business partner and advisor to the Commercial teams and Board of NHHO and an effective member of the Senior Management Team helping drive their strategic objectives Provide sound financial management in the delivery of development, growth, efficiencies, operations, service quality, and risk management Provide and present financial information as required to the management team and partner boards You will be a CCAB qualified accountant with post qualification experience within a commercially focused business, preferably one with a large capital programme.
