	Our client are a growing, socially focused rsl, constantly striving to ensure that their predominantly elderly tenant base have the best possible quality of life through their later years. Our client is looking for the right candidate to complete all duties and responsibilities of the title above on a contracted basis. The interim role is based in the South West region covering Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon, Hamshire and Cornwall. Responsibilities: minimise the number of voids and financial voids loss to the organisation. act as the lead person within the region on voids and letting activity. manage the voids and lettings process within a designated region. Essential Requirements: Self motivated and ability to manage own workload Computer literate and proficient in Word and Excel Experience of establishing precedures and systems Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills Previous experience of working within a sheltered or supported housing environment is desrirable.
