Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced credit control professional to take charge of the collection of our (general needs housing) rental income. You'll lead a team, supporting them to meet challenging collection targets using best practice techniques, and providing outstanding customer service along the way. You'll monitor spending, manage complaints and review processes to identify how things can be improved.

The post requires proven ability to lead a credit control operation whilst delivering professional customer service standards. You'll demonstrate leadership ability and the communication skills to motivate your team and develop effective relationships across Notting Hill Housing Group. You'll be at home managing budgets and interpreting complex numerical data. Above all, you'll be driven to provide an exemplary and effective credit control service.
