	Job Description: Get a buzz out of helping people? We are looking for a first class customer service professional to join us. Working as part of a team within our commercial services directorate, you'll help a wide variety of people with their property queries - by phone, email and letter. One minute you'll be assisting a tenant needing a repair, the next you'll be advising a potential buyer. You'll need to demonstrate previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in social housing and affordable home ownership. A persuasive communicator, you'll love talking to people and have the ability to remain calm, clear and tactful even when they can't. You'll be quick-thinking and you'll enjoy finding the right solution and providing customer service that will make us (and you) proud. We are committed to equality of opportunity
